Associate lawyer of Miranda Prates & Gadelha for over 10 years, currently an associate lawyer of Strata. Has been working with focus on the labor and tax areas, but has also worked in Civel rights, mainly in relation to Comsumers’ Law. The paralegal area of Strata is under her responsibility.
Has a degree from Gama Filho University, post-graduation in Civil Code from Cândido Mendes University and extensions in several matters, specially in Public Administration Law.

Consultant and professor of International Trade and Currency Exchange Controls. Has worked for over thirty years in the banking area, always linked to exchange controls, international negotiations and international trade. Worked for Bradesco, Exterior de España and Credibanco where he was Subsidiary Director abroad. Nicoletti is currently major shareholder of Spot Training – company associated to Strata.
Provides consulting to UBS Pactual Bank, Banrisul and Dresser, among other companies. Was a professor at Febraban (Brazilian Federation of Bank Associations), IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives) and Faculdade de Engenharia Mauá (MBA program); also worked in corporate education in organizations such as: Central Bank of Brazil, Vale, Petrobras, Embratel, BNDES, Scania, Volvo, Coamo, Belgo Mineira, CSN, ANP and others. He has taught over 600 courses and 11,000 students.
Technical degree in International Trade from International Chamber of Commerce – Paris, and University degree in International Trade from Mosteiro São Bento – São Paulo. Extension courses at London and New York (Natwest) Universities and Applied Psychology (Heathrop – Oxford). Appointed consulting member for changes in Letters of Credit and the new rules of warranty by ICCP. Was also appointed international technician for pre-arbitration phases by ICCP. Has a Specialist Degree in documentary calculations by ICCP and IFSA of New York (CDCS).
Wrote the book: Conhecimentos Elementares de Comércio Exterior e Câmbio – (Basic Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Currency Exchange) - 4th edition.
- Hélio Carlos de Miranda Prattes

Has been working in the Legal area for over 20 years, focusing on Administrative, Labor, Commercial and Tax Law. He is a specialist in Paralegal processes and in the complex procedures of government administrative and fiscal bureaucracy. Has in-depth knowledge about the process of registering companies and products in Government Agencies and State-owned Companies. Consultant in the internal organization of companies´ legal areas, enabling an efficient follow-up of all administrative and legal cases and the prompt calculation of related assets or liabilities, as well as recommending the “best practices” to avoid legal and tax exposures.
Has a degree in Law from Faculdade Brasileira de Ciências Jurídicas and a post-graduation in Labor Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá; several other extension training courses in the area.

Has provided accounting, personnel administration and tax services to micro, small and medium-sized companies for over 15 years. He is a specialist in accounting reorganization and reactivation of companies paralyzed or facing difficulties, enabling them to take part in private and public bids.
Has a degree in Accounting and several specialization courses in Service Accounting, ICMS - value-added tax on sales and services, ISS – Service Tax, PIS – Employees´ Profit Participation Program, Labor Calculations, Public Digital Bookkeeping System (PDBS – SPED in Brazil) and IFRS.
- Marcio Raphael Bastos

Currently is Strata Director and consultant to Dresser Indústria e Comércio Limitada, where he worked for 27 years, amongst which 19 years as a Finance and Administrative Director of the Corporate unit with divisions in Latin America and South Africa. Was responsible for all support and control areas, such as: Human Resources, Controllership, Treasury, IT, Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal and Tax. Led several negotiations with private and State-owned Ccompanies in Latin America, Africa and Asia (mainly State-owned Companies in India and Taiwan) in Wayne Division’s export growth strategy. Conducted the opening, sale and closing of several divisions in Brazil and in South Africa. Also worked as General Manager of Dresser Rand do Brasil Ltda and Board Member of Wetzel Tecnomecânica Ltda. (Dresser and Wetzel joint venture).
Before that, worked for Esso Brasileira de Petróleo, BNDESpar (National Bank for Economic and Social Development); and Bausch&Lomb.
Has a Masters Degree in Finance from COPPEAD, a post-graduation in IT from PUC, a post-graduation degree in Production from COPPE and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from UERJ. Has done several courses on management and education. Was a professor for over 15 years.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Published works: “Project Evaluation – a Continuous Approach using CSMP” – UFRJ, 1981; and several papers in modeling and project optimization journals.
- Paulo Evaristo Urbani da Carvalhinha

Has over 35 years of experience in leading distinct businesses in several divisions of a multinational company, all of them market leaders in technology and in market share in Brazil and South America. As General Manager, was responsible for the whole business and their results.
Implemented on his own and took part, as a partner, in ventures in the following areas: Clothing (Production and Retailing), Civil Construction and Agribusiness.
Has international experience in integration of subsidiaries and in doing business in the USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Mercosur.
Currently provides consulting in Strategy, Business Management and Organizational Development at PeuC Consultoria e Participações S/C Ltda – Strata associated company. Focuses on Corporate Governance and Sustainability. He is an IBGC (Brazilian Association for Corporate Governance) member.
Has a degree in Production Engineering and a post-graduation in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) from FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation).
Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
- Sergio Pitanga Lopes

Has managed sales and support teams in IT with extensive participation in commercial activities for large Corporations for over 35 years. Starting with sales, has followed the implementation and after-sales performance of all types of systems, mainly in the administrative management area in companies of several industries. Was a Special Accounts Manager at Unisys, where he also worked in infrastructure project sales. As ITS Commercial Director, set sales targets and customer prospection strategy for the company tenfold growth in four years. Also worked through ITS as a service provider in SESC Rio de Janeiro and in Dresser – Wayne Division projects.
Has a degree in Economics from UFRJ, and a post-graduation in Marketing from FGV. Has also done several courses in the area.
